A.TR rather than a certificate of origin

For goods in free circulation within the customs union, the A.TR movement certificate is generally the governing document, not the EUR.1. Confusing the two means paying duty that was never owed.

File in advance

The declaration should be in place before the vehicle reaches the border, not while it is waiting there. Waiting time at the crossing is the largest avoidable cost on this lane.
