In short

• This website loads nothing from third parties — no Google
  Fonts, no external scripts, no embedded maps, no social media plugins.
• There are no analytics, tracking or advertising tools.
• One cookie is set, and it stores your language choice.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Alfahosting GmbH, Ankerstraße 3b, 06108 Halle (Saale),
Germany, under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The server
automatically records access data: IP address, date and time, page requested,
volume transferred, browser and operating system. This is necessary for
operating and securing the site; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Language selection

On your first visit to the home page we decide which language to open in,
using your browser’s Accept-Language header and — solely to
establish whether it falls within Iranian address space — your IP address.

This check runs entirely on our own server. No external service is contacted.
For this purpose the IP address is not stored, not logged and not passed
to anyone; it is compared in memory against a local list and then
discarded. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can change language at any time
using the switcher in the header, and your choice then takes precedence.

Cookies

One cookie, pll_language (and where applicable
axiom_lang), holds your language choice — a two-letter code such as
“de”, “en” or “fa”. It does not identify you and is not used for analytics. It
is strictly necessary for the function you requested, so no consent is required.

Contact form

Details you enter — company, contact name, email, phone, collection and
delivery points, weight and dimensions, required date, mode and your message —
are sent to us by email and used only to answer that enquiry and any follow-up.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns a contract, otherwise
Art. 6(1)(f). Nothing is passed to third parties. The form contains a hidden
field to deter automated submissions; it is not evaluated and stores nothing.

Phone, email and WhatsApp

The WhatsApp buttons are ordinary links — no WhatsApp script is embedded.
Only when you click one does WhatsApp open, and from that point WhatsApp Ireland
Limited’s privacy terms apply, over which we have no influence. Use the phone,
email or the form if you would rather avoid that.

Fonts

All typefaces are served from our own server. There is no connection to
Google Fonts and no IP address is transmitted to Google.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure
(Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection
(Art. 21). You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the
competent one here is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of
Information of North Rhine-Westphalia, Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf.
