Every consignment is tracked. How you receive the updates depends
on what suits your team.

Status updates by default

For each shipment we confirm collection, report the border crossing where one
applies, and confirm arrival — by email or WhatsApp, whichever you prefer. Proof
of delivery follows digitally.

Tracking your reference

Quote us your shipment reference on the phone or by email and we will give you
the current position and the expected delivery window straight away, during
office hours.

A note on self-service tracking

To be completed. A self-service tracking form belongs on this
page. It needs a data source first — either a carrier API or an internal shipment
list. Until that exists, this page deliberately does not pretend to offer live
tracking. Please contact us and you will get the position immediately.
