Basis of service

Forwarding services in Germany are customarily provided on the basis of the
German Freight Forwarders’ Standard Terms and Conditions (ADSp). Whether and in
which version they apply is a decision for the management, and must be made
available to the customer before the contract is concluded.

• Incorporation of the ADSp and the applicable version
• Liability limits and insurance cover per consignment
• Payment terms
• Place of jurisdiction and governing law
• Cancellation, demurrage and waiting time
